Shine Ministry

Shaun Connors, Director

Our SHINE Ministries is a Christian Outreach program, which has evolved out of an identified need to provide services to children located in center city Millville.SHINE stands for "Sharing Christ and Helping to increase Neighborhood Excellence”.

Our Statement of Purpose Is to “Transform the lives of neighborhood children by offering the hope of new life in Jesus Christ.”

All of the programs are designed to Create a Connection and Make a Difference in the lives of these children. To encourage positive use of time to help strive for excellence, good behavior and good decision-making, while relying on Christ and maintaining a relationship with Jesus Christ. The Shine Ministry was recently featured in the monthly Methodist publication of The Relay. You can read this inspiring article by clicking here. Shine is also featured as Door Opener #2 in the 10,000 Doors series, a great article and pictures.
